Ever done a TOUGH leg
workout?
You know that feeling… when you have to hobble and shuffle everywhere you go, because your legs have turned to jelly?
Happened to me a few days ago.
Afterward, I could barely make it up the stairs.
Every single step was pure agony.
When I finally made it up the stairs, I chuckled and thought about how we always take the small things for granted... until
they’re taken away from us.
Like, for example, walking up the stairs without pain. (lol!)
But the thing is, working out is always like this:
In the beginning, your body is not used to exerting so much effort.
So afterward, you’ll be sore as your body recovers.
But as long as you keep working out, you’ll quickly notice that you're less and less sore after every
workout.
You keep getting stronger every week…
And you’re back to zipping up stairs in no-time.
It got me thinking…
When they first start working with me, a lot of guys struggle SO MUCH to even just strike up a conversation with a woman.
Even just a “hello” requires them to muster up every drop of emotional energy that they can.
And
afterward, they might be totally exhausted.
When you’re not USED TO breaking outside your social comfort zone, doing so takes a lot of effort.
But the next time, it gets a little easier.
And the next time after that, a little easier still.
And as long as you keep doing it, you’ll soon find yourself approaching without even thinking about it.
It’s effortless, and
simply part of who you are.
Just like a fitness buff who hasn’t skipped a workout in a year… for him, skipping the gym is completely unthinkable. He doesn’t have to “motivate” himself to go to the gym. It’s part of who he is.
In the same way, it’s possible for YOU to just be that guy who’s naturally fun, friendly and social, that everyone wants to hang around, and yes, date.
And it all starts with simply taking
deliberate steps to break out of your comfort zone, daily.
This video explains how to get
over this first hurdle. Take this first step to ultimate success with women ;)
Once you tackle this first step, every step after becomes SO easy!
